Green Tea Helps to Reduce Metabolic Syndrome in Elderly

A study has demonstrated the benefits of including at least 3 cups of tea a day. Overall results were significant and showed an average weight loss of 1.2kg over the 2 month study period and a reduction in waist size of approximately 2cm. Green tea contains high levevls of polyphenols which are thought to increase the burning of fat and possibly also suppress appetite.
